1. Who we are

We are the controller of your personal information. Our registered business address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, store URL and the message you send through our contact form or when you start working with us.
- Payment information: when you pay, it's handled directly by our payment provider. We only see a confirmation and limited details like the last 4 digits, never your full card number.
- Basic site data: our host keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address and the pages you request) to keep the site secure and running. We don't run third-party advertising or analytics trackers at the moment. If we add analytics later (for example Google Analytics 4), we'll update this policy first.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and provide our services.
- To take payment and manage your plan.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
- To send you service messages, or, with your consent, occasional updates you can opt out of anytime.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, with your consent, and to meet our legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We only share data with the providers that help us run the business, such as our website host and our payment provider (Stripe). They're bound by agreements that require them to protect it. We never sell your personal information.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and keep it secure. We'll ask for your consent before setting any analytics or marketing cookies. You can also control cookies in your browser settings.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal, tax and accounting duties, then delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
11. Your US privacy rights (California)
If you are a US resident, you have rights over your personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). These include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request access to or deletion of that information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
