Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of EcomOpti and our services.
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and EcomOpti LLC ("EcomOpti", "we", "us"), which runs the website at ecomopti.com. By using this site or working with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
Registered business address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
2. What we do
EcomOpti provides ecommerce growth consulting. That includes conversion optimization, paid acquisition, email and retention marketing, and analytics. The exact work, timeline and price for any project are set out in a separate proposal or order.
3. Plans, orders and payment
- Plans are one-time payments for the term you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and are paid up front.
- Prices are shown in US dollars ($) and euros (€) and don't include any taxes that may apply, which are your responsibility. The currency charged is confirmed with you at checkout.
- When you choose a plan we confirm the details and payment method with you directly, and send your access once payment is received.
- Plans don't renew automatically. You decide whether to renew at the end of each term.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us the access, information and approvals we reasonably need to do the work, and to make sure you have the rights to any accounts, materials or data you share with us.
5. Intellectual property
Anything we create specifically for you becomes yours once you've paid in full. Our own tools, templates and know-how stay ours, and you're free to keep using them within your business.
6. Confidentiality
Each of us will protect the other's confidential information and only use it to carry out the work.
7. No guarantees
We do our work with care and skill, but we can't promise specific revenue, rankings or results. Any figures shown on this site are representative examples, not promises. Our services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for anything relating to our services won't exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Ending a project
Either of us can end a project as described in the relevant order, or, if nothing is stated, with 30 days' written notice. Refunds, where they apply, follow our Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
